The Stop TB Partnership today is releasing the campaign toolkit for this year’s World TB Day, 24 March 2023 Yes! We Can End TB. The theme brings attention toTB and our collective power to end TB by 2030 and therefore reach the Sustainable Development Goals. It brings hope and builds on the amazing work done in 2022 by many high TB burden countries and TB Champions around the world to recover from the impact of COVID-19 while ensuring access toTB treatment and prevention. It also centers on the increased engagement of those affected by TB, communities and civil society who are leading the movement towards ending this disease. It is also a great moment to highlight the progress made in research and development – many new TB diagnosis tools, shorter, more efficient treatment and preventive regimens as well as few vaccines already in phase 3 clinical trials.
