WHO announces landmark changes in treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis

The WHO released comprehensive guidelines for TB this week and shared important new updates to treatment options for MDR-TB. In particular, they recommended a new 6 month regimen, BDLLfxC, based on the results of the endTB and BEAT-TB trials. Read more here.
