Margareth Dalcolmo is a clinical researcher at the Reference Center Helio Fraga, FIOCRUZ, and is in charge of research projects on the treatment of tuberculosis and epidemiological surveillance for MDR-TB in Brazil. She is a Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro, a peer reviewer of the Brazilian Journal of Respiratory Medicine, Brazilian Journal of Infectious Diseases, and a member of numerous professional Brazilian and international associations.
